Grading Togepi #55 from Astral Radiance is a marginal call rather than an obvious one. A 44% Return on Grading comes from the spread between $0.20 raw and $130.00 graded. Fine to include as a filler in a batch you're already sending, but not worth a submission on its own.
Among the 107 cards in Astral Radiance with PSA 10 sale data, Togepi ranks 8th for Return on Grading and 11th by PSA 10 price. Of the 4 Common cards with PSA 10 sales, it is 3rd for Return on Grading. The median PSA 10 in this set sells for $49.00. 5 of the 107 clear a 100% Return on Grading.
