Worth Grading
Grading M Blastoise-EX #22 from Evolutions should cover its own fees comfortably. The gap between the $21.42 raw price and the $152.50 PSA 10 price gives a 247% Return on Grading. Not spectacular, but the margin is real once fees are covered.
