Grading Serperior ex #3 from Black Bolt is a marginal call rather than an obvious one. The gap between the $0.50 raw price and the $36.60 PSA 10 price gives a 59% Return on Grading. Fine to include as a filler in a batch you're already sending, but not worth a submission on its own.
